Render Cleaning Services

Is your render suffering from years of grime build-up that has concealed its original colour and texture? We offer a professional residential and commercial render cleaning service that will restore your render to as good as new in no time.

Choose a Professional Render Cleaning Company

Our professional render cleaning service can make an enormous difference to the appearance of any building. Grime tends to build up on rendered surfaces along with algae, mould and moss, which leaves them looking discoloured and tired. But if you don’t fancy the hard work involved in restoring their original colour, our render cleaning service can help.

Our Render Cleaning Services

Here at ProClean Manchester, we offer our customers a range of render cleaning services. We can clean K-Render, acrylic render and silicone rendered surfaces. We use a soft washing service that cleans any rendered surfaces and will remove general grime and build up as well as algae spores, moss growth and mould.

How do we clean render?

In order to clean your rendered surface effectively, our expert team uses low-pressure steam and biocide cleaning chemicals. These combine to restore your walls to as good as new without putting them at risk of any damage.

Our pole-based cleaning system allows us to clean your render surface no matter how tall it is. Even if your rendered walls are higher than our poles, we will bring in a powered lift platform and rope tools to reach high-rise buildings or taller commercial properties.

Render Clean FAQs

Is your render suffering from years of grime build-up that has concealed its original colour and texture? We offer a professional residential and commercial render cleaning service that will restore your render to as good as new in no time.

How often should I get my render cleaned?

Regular cleaning of your render is key. It can increase the kerb appeal of your building should you ever look to sell it, but can also help to prevent the beginnings of any structural damage. Cleaning every three to four months is recommended depending on the air quality in your area and which direction the wall faces.

What causes render to discolour?

Render tends to discolour with age, as the effects of weather and atmospheric pollution show themselves on the render. Algae, moss and mould can all speed up the discolouration.

What is a biocide cleaner?

We use biocide cleaners in order to remove moss etc when we are cleaning render. This is any cleaning product that kills or destroys an organism and can also prevent growth of the likes of algae.
