Knutsford is a conservation town, and that changes how exterior cleaning has to be done. Georgian and Victorian frontages, painted render, hand-made brick and original stone thresholds are all far too delicate for a pressure washer, and a lot of the properties around King Street, Legh Road and Tatton are listed or in a controlled area. Get it wrong and you damage something irreplaceable.
Our Knutsford work is almost entirely low-pressure steam and softwashing: taking the green off painted render without stripping the paint, cleaning brick without leaving lance marks, and lifting years of traffic grime off town-centre frontages. We also do a lot of driveway and courtyard work on the newer developments off Mobberley Road, where block paving picks up moss in the joints within a couple of seasons.
